How do I reset my 4-digit PIN?
When taking certain actions on your account, we may ask that you confirm your 4-Digit PIN before proceeding. Some of these actions will include:
- Contacting our Customer Service Team
- Requesting a withdrawal
- Updating profile information (eg. your home or email address)
Forgetting your 4-Digit PIN is no big deal, you can easily reset it by following the steps below:
1. Whenever PIN verification is requested, you will see a ‘Forgot Your PIN?’ prompt in the verification window.
2. Click the link and we’ll email you using the address on file with the steps required to reset your PIN.
3. In the email we send you, there will be another link, click it, and you’ll be asked to enter a NEW 4-Digit PIN.
NOTE: You’ll be given five chances to remember your PIN. If you get it wrong each time, the action you were attempting may be restricted for 24 hours from the time of your last failed attempt. We’ll remind you with each attempt how many you have left before the restriction kicks in, but it’s best to follow the reset steps before that happens. Once a restriction is triggered, we will not be able to remove it, so be careful.
