Can I cancel my Bitcoin withdrawal?

Yes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals can be cancelled up until the payment has been sent.

To cancel a withdrawal:

1. Go to your Dashboard by clicking the profile icon at the top of the page.

2. From the window, click ‘Pending Withdrawals’.

3. Click 'Cancel' next to your request.

4. A confirmation window will appear, to ensure you really want to cancel your request, if you do, click 'Yes' and the funds will be instantly added back to your account.
